James Regan helps clients with sale of 30-bed seafront hotel

Our commercial property solicitors handled the sale of the Marine Parade Hotel, a 30-bed independent hotel located on Eastbourne's popular seafront.

The sale was dealt with by Commercial Partner James Regan acting for Jerome and Carol Farrow who had owned and operated the Marine Parade Hotel successfully for 15 years.

James negotiated the sale documents for the client, ensuring all details were considered and questions from the buyer were answered swiftly. The clients were keen to complete the sale as quickly as possible, agreeing specific exchange and completion dates with the buyer.

James guided the clients through the whole sale process, ensuring every stage was completed promptly and that the agreed exchange and completion dates were met.
