Firm wide Client Service Training at Stephen Rimmer LLP

Putting the client at the heart of everything we do is an easy thing to say but at Stephen Rimmer LLP we really do.

This is why we invited Paul Matthews of Insight6 to come into our offices over two days and present on the importance of great client service to over one hundred of our colleagues.

Paul covered the importance of a solicitors role in listening and helping their clients through an often uncomfortable process with empathy and trust.  He highlighted that taking the step to contact a solicitor can often be daunting for people and how being approachable and friendly and by using jargon free language this can help clients better understand the process.

Paul left us all with a great quote by civil rights activist Maya Angelou "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel"
